1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClawDefend ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ClawDefend provides automated security scanning and analysis for OpenClaw skills and plugins. The Service includes code scanning, trust scoring, a verified skill directory, and related API access.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • One person or entity per account — no shared accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit malicious code with the intent to attack or disrupt the Service
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
  • Resell or redistribute scan results without permission
  • Reverse engineer the scanning algorithms

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of code you submit for scanning. Scan results are yours to use. The ClawDefend brand, interface, and scanning technology remain our intellectual property.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all security issues will be detected. ClawDefend scans are advisory — you remain responsible for your own security decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

ClawDefend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to damages from installing skills that were scanned.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
